Returns & Exchanges
To receive a full refund, a return must be made within 14 days of invoice date. If the items you ordered are not what you expected, we will offer a refund or a store credit.
Note: Items marked with a discount less than 30% can be returned for store credit only
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, hair, perfume or other, and with the original hang tags still attached.
Some items cannot be returned and are considered final sale. These may include:
- Undergarments, facemasks and other personal garments

If your return is mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Joshua Perets reserves the right to refuse the return. Processing the return will be made at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.

When completing a return, you must include the invoice (or the order number) inside the return package, otherwise we’ll not be able to identify your order.
A return fee of $7.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
Initial shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
If you live in Canada, you can drop off your return packages with Canada Post. Drop off locations include:
- Any Canada Post Office
- Any Canada Post Collection Box
Note: At the moment we do not accept any international returns.
We’re eager to help. Under normal circumstances, once an item is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Although it’s rare, it’s possible that something gets damaged on route, or arrives with an imperfection we haven’t spotted. If this is the case, please forward a picture of the defective item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name and order number and one of our customer service representatives will contact you with further instructions.

You will receive a free return label to return your initial order and will be required to place a new order on our website.
Note: If a new order is not placed, your initial order will be treated as a return and a return fee of $7.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
