Returns and Exchanges

If the item(s) you purchased either in store or online isn’t what you expected, there’s no need to worry. Down below you’ll find more information on our return and exchange policy. 

All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by their original sale receipt.







Online Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy

Returns on Regular Priced Merchandise
Orders online can be returned by mail or in store. To receive a full refund, a return must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. If that date has passed, we offer store credit within 30 days of the shipping date.


Returns on Sale Merchandise
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return Online Purchases by Mail
To initiate an online return, click here. You will be required to enter your order number and postal code to begin the process. This information can be found on the order confirmation that you received while placing your order.

Initiate a return

Please note:
  1. You can reuse the original packaging, or use any other suitable packaging. If reusing the original for the return, be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label with your return label.
  2. Make sure to include the invoice (or the order number) inside the return package, otherwise we will not be able to identify your order.
  3. A return fee of $7.50 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  4. Once your return is received, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Disclaimer:
If your return is mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Joshua Perets reserves the right to refuse the return. Processing the return will be made at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.

Online Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in store. We do not offer direct exchanges online, however you can contact our customer service team to facilitate a free return and place a new order online for the replacement item.

Note: At the moment, we do not accept any international returns.








In Store Purchases: Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items can only be returned or exchanged only if:
  1. New and unworn
  2. No visible scuffs, scratches, stains, tears etc
  3. Original hand tags are still attached

The following items cannot be returned or echanged and are considered final sale:
  1. Sale items
  2. Undergarment
  3. Facemasks
  4. Other personal garments
  5. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by their original sale receipt.
