- Standard: Canada Post Expedited Parcel, 2 to 3 business days in Quebec and Ontario, a few more elsewhere in Canada.
- Express: processed within 1 business day, then Xpresspost, 1 to 2 business days.
Transit times are Canada Post’s estimates and can stretch during sales and the holidays.
Pickup in store
Choose “Pick up in store” at checkout and select your store. There’s no shipping charge. We’ll email you when it’s ready, usually within 24 hours. Bring the confirmation email and a piece of ID. Sending someone else? Forward them the confirmation email and reply to it to let us know.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you’ll get an email with a tracking link that takes you straight to Canada Post. You can also enter your order number and postal code on our Track My Order page any time.
Changing or cancelling an order
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email hi@joshuaperets.com right away with your order number and what you’d like to change. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out, but we can’t always stop an order once it’s being packed. Once it has shipped, the carrier won’t redirect it and we’ll help you sort out a return instead.
PO boxes and the territories
When your order ships with Canada Post, it can go to a PO box. If Canada Post can’t deliver to your location, we won’t be able to ship to a PO box there. Delivery to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and remote areas takes longer than our estimates.
Package marked delivered but missing
Give it 24 to 48 hours; carriers sometimes scan a parcel as delivered before it reaches your door. Check with neighbours and your building’s mailroom. Still nothing? Email us with your order number and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
