In store & Online - Extended Holidy Exchange Policy

In effect: November 8th, 2024 until December 28th, 2023

Returns on Sale Merchandise
All sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns on Regular Priced Merchandise
All purchases made in-store or online between November 1st 2024 to December 28th 2024 can be exchanged until January 10th 2025.

All exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, ticketed and in its original condition and accompanied by its original sale receipts or a gift receipt.

Any purchases made after December 28th, 2024, is subject to our standard 14 day (inclusive) return policy and 30 day exchange policy. All exchanges must be accompanied by its original sale receipt.

Sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Disclaimer:
If your return is mailed back outside the return period and the above conditions are not met, Joshua Perets reserves the right to refuse the return. Processing the return will be made at our discretion, in which case your item may be donated to a local organization or discarded without refund.

Exchange Conditions

Items can only be returned or exchanged only if:
  1. New and unworn
  2. No visible scuffs, scratches, stains, tears etc
  3. Original hangtags are still attached
  4. Exchanges must be accompanied by its original sale receipt
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale:
  1. Sale items
  2. Undergarment
  3. Facemasks
  4. Other personal garments
